What is the
procedure to open an account as a mentally challenged person or someone with
multiple disorders at Reliable Stocks?
Mentally challenged clients or those with multiple disorders
cannot open a Reliable Stocks Reliable Stocks account online. Guardians must
complete the offline account opening process on behalf of the client.
Required documents and forms
Guardians must sign and submit the following documents in
the presence of a Reliable Stocks representative:
Application form

application form.

DDPI is optional. Clients who have opened accounts online can use
the CDSL TPIN to authorise the debit of securities.
- KYC
application form for both the client and the guardian.
- Vernacular
risk disclosure document (RDD)
Supporting documents
- Disability
certificate from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with
Disabilities showing the percentage of disability
- Notarised
and self-attested copy of the certificate of guardianship
- Passport-size
photographs of the client and the guardian to affix and sign across on the
applications
- Disability
certificate from the Department of Empowerment of Persons with
Disabilities showing the percentage of disability
- Self-attested
PAN copies of the client and guardian with the signature under Applicant
signature
- Self-attested
address proofs of the client and guardian. Any one of the following
documents Driving licence, voter ID, passport, Aadhaar card. If submitting Aadhaar as
proof ensure a masked Aadhaar is submitted.
- A
bank account proof in the clients name. The bank proof can be one of the
following: A personalised cancelled cheque with the name printed on it,
bank statement, bank passbook copy with the bank account number bank logo
seal, MICR and IFSC code clearly
visible.
Instructions for filling forms
Follow these requirements when completing the account
opening forms:
- Obtain
notary or doctors attestation on the top right-hand corner of the Reliable
Stocks logo on the KYC page, and on the PAN and address proof
- Fill
in all details, including witness details, on the declaration form
- Ensure
the guardian signs the Risk Disclosure Document (RDD) and includes the
name and signature of the witness to the documentation
How to schedule a representative visit
Create a ticket from the registered email ID to schedule a visit from a Reliable Stocks representative. Reliable Stocks does not charge any fees for the representative to visit the residence.
The account will be opened within 72 working hours once Reliable
Stocks receives the completed forms at the head office.
Procedure for Opening and Closure Account
Steps to Opening Reliable Stocks Off Line Account Opening
1. Visit www.reliablestocks.net
2. In the top menu, go to Downloads >> RSSIL KYC Book Forms
3. Download and print the account opening form.
4. Sign at all of the places marked X. Your signature should be same as in the ID proofs you will submit with the form.
5. Affix a recent passport size photo in the specified place in the form and sign across it.
6. Attach all the required documents to the form and courier it to the company address provided in the website. A company representative will contact you to take the process forward.
7. Required Documents. PAN Card, AADHAAR Card, Cancelled Cheque Leaf, Months Bank Statement (Cash Segment) and Months Bank Statement (F&O Segement)
Reliable Account opening time
Reliable account opening time depends on how you have applied, offline. Reliable Stocks takes 2 to 3 days to open an account once they receive the offline account opening application.
The applicant receives a confirmation email once the account is opened. These emails are followed up by the credentials to log in to the trading application.
Reliable Account Opening Status
Reliable takes 2 working days to open the account after they receive the signed account opening forms. The customer receives an email confirmation after the account is opened.
If you do not receive a welcome email after 2 days, please give a call to Reliable support team and they can tell you the status of account opening.
Reliable Account Closure
The Reliable Trading and Demat account gets deactivated if they remain inactive for a period of 6 months. This dormant trading account can be activated by contacting Reliable.
If you are a Reliable and not using the account any more or moved to another broker, it is recommended to close the account to avoid paying AMC charges. It also reduces the chance of misusing the account by someone else.
Reliable customer may close the accounts with Reliable at any point of time. The only way to close the account with Reliable is to submit an application for Account Closure. Accounts cannot be closed online or by contacting customer support.
The application form can be downloaded from Reliables website Downloads & Resources section. Customer can fill the form, sign it and courier it to the Chennai office.
Note:
It may take up to 2 working days to close the account. Customers receive an email notification with the status updates on the account closing procedure.
Clear all the dues before closing the account.
Transfer all your securities from the Reliable demat account to your other demat account.
Reliable do not charge anything for account closure.

A complaint can be raised by creating a ticket on Reliable Stocks support portal. To create a ticket, follow these steps:

2. Enter your Mobile no and fill up the captcha, then submit.
3. It will Navigate to supports system, click create ticket and fill up required details.
